The Role

• Defend employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation claims, minimizing liability through aggressive yet strategic approaches.
• Handle lien litigation, subrogation recovery, insurance coverage disputes, and walk-through settlements.
• Manage your caseload with partner support, including depositions, discovery, trial strategy, and motions.
• Tackle complex regulatory compliance and high-impact cases, from standard claims to trauma and serious injury matters.

About you

• As little as 6 months experience in workers’ compensation defense, all the way up to partner level in workers’ compensation law.

Location

• Hybrid or fully remote from any of the 8 offices across California.

Package

• Base salary up to $225k DOE.
