Duties

  • Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create high-quality visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to support branding efforts and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage social listening tools to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activities, providing insights for ongoing strategy refinement.
  • Plan and implement targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to increase reach and conversions while optimizing ad performance through Google Analytics and web analytics tools.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to produce compelling content including videos, photography, blog posts, and graphics that align with brand messaging.
  • Utilize social media management tools like Hootsuite and Asana to schedule posts, track performance metrics, and ensure consistent online presence.
  • Proofread all content meticulously to maintain a professional tone while ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Support e-commerce initiatives by creating engaging product descriptions and promotional content that drive online sales.

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; experience with video editing is a plus.
  • Experience with social listening tools, Google Analytics, web analytics platforms, and SEO best practices is a must.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media platforms using tools like Hootsuite, Asana, Monday.com for scheduling and analytics tracking.
  • Knowledge of Facebook Advertising platform for creating targeted ad campaigns that generate measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles combined with excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality content output.
  • Ability to analyze data insights from web analytics to inform strategic decisions in digital marketing efforts.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to build relationships internally within teams and externally with partners or influencers.
