Primary Mission

Ensure all building‑related equipment (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire‑life safety, elevators, UPS, etc.) is maintained to the highest standards, operating safely and efficiently for clients, customers, and staff.

Drive preventive‑maintenance programs, respond to reactive repairs, and act as the technical point‑of‑contact for clients and vendors.

Safety & Housekeeping	• Follow 5S principles for “Front of House” & “Back of House” • Participate in HSEQ training, report hazards, and comply with all ISS/client EHS policies
Supply & Tool Management	• Order PM/RM supplies, maintain tool crib inventory, ensure SLA uptime
On‑Call Support	• First‑line response to escalations or emergencies per schedule
Customer Service	• Handle client complaints professionally and promptly
