About the role

Job Summary • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Building Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities • Plan, execute, and manage building/construction projects • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans • Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site workers • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards • Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders • Prepare reports, project documentation, and updates

Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture, or related field • 5–8 years experience in building/construction project management • Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management principles • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office • Relevant certifications e.g., PMP are an added advantage • Must be based in Port Harcourt.
