CareerBox is looking for a seasoned Bulk Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has a passion for connecting the right talent to the right opportunities.

Review resumes, focusing on skills matching up best to the requirements at hand and interview candidates until they find just what an employer is looking for. The goal is to fill a large number of vacancies fast and effectively.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage high-volume recruitment to fill daily/weekly hiring targets

• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various selection methods

• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews

• Ensure all credit and criminal checks are completed

• Build strong talent pipelines (internal & external sourcing)

• Partner with Operations & Account Managers to meet hiring demands

• Conduct call listening sessions to better understand campaign requirement

• An ability to source external and internal candidates consistently.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ year recruitment experience (Bulk/BPO/Agency preferred)

• Proven ability to close large recruitment volumes

• Strong interviewing and screening skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Clear criminal and credit record

• Matric (relevant qualification advantageous)

• Must have reliable transport to Umhlanga

• Willing to work flexible shifts
