Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring that business needs are accurately captured and translated into actionable solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, an understanding of business processes, and experience in data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and objectives
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement or automation
  • Develop functional specifications and workflow diagrams
  • Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement system solutions
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for business decisions
  • Perform gap analysis between business requirements and system capabilities
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to management
  • Participate in system testing and quality assurance activities
  • Support user training and implementation of new systems or processes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a business analysis or similar role
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Familiarity with business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
  • Knowledge of SQL or other query languages for data analysis
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or business intelligence systems
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are a plus
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) is an asset
