- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across teams
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications
- Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams
- Analyze business performance, KPIs, and operational data
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
- Support the design and implementation of new systems and tools
- Build reports and dashboards to support decisionâmaking

â Requirements
- 3â6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problemâsolving skills
- Experience working with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or BI tools)
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear documentation
- Strong understanding of business processes and system workflows
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Fluent in English (French is a plus)
- Based in France with the legal right to work fullâtime
