We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and driving informed decision‑making across the organization.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across teams
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications
• Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams
• Analyze business performance, KPIs, and operational data
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
• Support the design and implementation of new systems and tools
• Build reports and dashboards to support decision‑making
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams

✅ Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Experience working with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or BI tools)
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear documentation
• Strong understanding of business processes and system workflows
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
