Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

You will work closely with stakeholders from business, IT, and operations teams to translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop detailed functional and business requirement documentation
• Support the design and implementation of business solutions
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and performance tracking
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for management
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure solution delivery
• Assist in project planning, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Monitor KPIs and recommend process optimization strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
• Experience in business analysis or a related analytical role (internship acceptable for junior level)
• Strong understanding of business processes and data analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation tools
• Familiarity with SQL or BI tools is an advantage
