Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team in France. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, analyze processes, and deliver data-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and support strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Conduct market, financial, and operational analysis to support business decisions
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
• Create functional specifications, business reports, and process documentation
• Collaborate with IT, finance, operations, and management teams on projects
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports using analytical tools
• Support testing, implementation, and user training for new systems or processes
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of Agile or project management methodologies is a plus
• Fluent in English; French language skills are highly preferred
