About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, documented, and successfully delivered.

What you'll do

• Conduct project pre-analysis and break down initiatives into functional streams
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Draft clear and structured business specifications
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams
• Coordinate execution activities with development teams to ensure alignment
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive test cases
• Actively participate in release cycles and collaborate with test management teams during project or feature test campaigns
• Provide regular project reporting, including progress tracking and risk identification

What you'll need

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Initiative, team-oriented and communicative personality
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Proficiency in English: additional languages are an advantage
