Responsibilities

• Formulating, eliciting and documenting requirements/user stories from stakeholders to specify desired system behaviours to achieve business process outcomes.
• Supporting the design and facilitation of workshops, stakeholder interviews, discovery activities to populate and enrich business change user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Validating user stories using research, system analysis, data and customer insight to make informed decisions on priorities and focus.
• Supporting team members in identifying EPICs and user stories; building and prioritising the product backlogs, encouraging innovation and the identification of customer‑centred journeys, to better serve our customers.
• Working closely with Developers, support functions and UX Designers to translate user stories into viable product designs and delivering wireframes and working prototypes in order to enable Developers in the software life cycle.
• Collaborating with BAs and Specialist BAs, IT, and technical functions to develop and model business and systems functions, processes, information flows and data structures, using best practice research and analysis techniques, to ensure the quality of information.

Requirements

• Experienced Business Analyst with a good understanding of Agile, user stories, requirements gathering and analysis.
• Passion for or background in AI.
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience working as a Business Analyst within a tech environment.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues across all seniority levels.
