About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Power BI and other relevant tools to analyze complex datasets, create insightful reports and dashboards, and provide data-driven recommendations to support business operations and strategic decision-making. This role involves translating business needs into analytical requirements and delivering solutions that drive efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities: • Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret large datasets using advanced Excel functions and formulas. • Develop, maintain, and automate interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide clear visualization of trends and patterns. • Translate business questions and requirements into analytical tasks and data models. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies through data analysis. • Prepare and present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders across various departments. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems and analysis.
Role Requirements: • Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing compelling reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI or similar tools. • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, data modeling). • Proficiency with various technological tools and systems to ensure operational efficiency. • High attention to detail and comfort handling sensitive business information. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High autonomy, proactive communication, and strong ownership mindset. • Experience with SQL or other database query languages is a plus.
