Business Analyst 4 (Change Mgmt) - Richmond, VA - Remote

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Change Management Analyst to support DDI deliverables, vendor coordination, and change management activities within a Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) environment.

Key Responsibilities • Manage and track project deliverables (design docs, test plans, work plans) • Process, log, and route deliverables to SMEs and PMs • Coordinate with vendors, PMO, and cross-functional teams • Support change and release management activities • Maintain documentation, version control, and project repositories • Generate status reports and track workflows/logs • Participate in all phases of SDLC

Required Skills • 5+ years in Business Analysis / IT environment • Experience with Change & Release Management • Strong knowledge of SDLC • Experience in tracking, reporting, and workflow management • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams
