About

We are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst / Agile Business Analyst to support the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise systems. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, document system changes, and support Agile delivery activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business/system requirements, user stories, process flows, and data flow diagrams
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend business/technical solutions
• Support Product Owner with backlog management, epics, features, and dependencies
• Create mockups/prototypes and assist with testing, UAT, and regression testing
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into technical specifications

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of Business/Systems Analysis experience
• 5+ years as an Agile Business Analyst with strong Scrum knowledge
• Experience with enterprise applications and multi-module systems
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog management
• Experience with BPM/process modeling tools
• Proficiency with MS Office, Visio, ALM tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

• CBAP / PMI-PBA / PMI-ACP certifications
• Experience with Azure DevOps
