The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in converting essential business needs into application software requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs to identify optimal solutions.
• Determine specific software requirements to address business needs.
• Collaborate with programming teams to ensure requirements are integrated into system design and testing.
• Act as a liaison with software users to resolve queries and issues.

Minimum Requirements

A BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant business analysis experience, or a combination of education and experience demonstrating a similar background.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with 837/EDI Encounters is highly preferred.
• Post adjudication claims experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Jira and SQL is preferred.

For those working in URAC accredited areas, strong communication, problem-solving, facilitation, and analytical skills are essential.

Salary and Location

For candidates in the specified locations, the salary range for this position is $64,764 to $111,024.

Locations: California; Illinois; Maryland; Massachusetts; Nevada; New Jersey; New York.
