What You Can Expect:

• A central role at the interface between business and IT, in which you actively support customers.
• Scope for action in driving projects and optimizing business processes.
• Identification of needs for IT applications and use of modern analysis and requirements engineering methods.
• Workshops in which you systematically record and further develop product requirements.
• Influence on product roadmaps by evaluating the impact on current and future developments.

What You Bring:

• A university degree (Uni, FH, HF) and at least 5 years of experience in business analysis.
• Sound knowledge in business analysis and requirements engineering as well as experience with common modeling and design tools (e.g. UML, BPMN); a CPRE certification is an advantage
• Experience in moderating workshops and in stakeholder management
• Strong understanding of business and IT contexts as well as a structured, analytical approach to work
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
