In the After Sales & Retail Business Engineering team, we shape processes that truly count for our customers, our partners, and our entire ecosystem. No micromanagement. No rigid structures. Your Responsibilities

• Together with subject matter experts, Product Owners, and Business Analysts, you will develop new warranty and return processes and continuously improve what is already running.
• You will take ownership of your topics and actively drive their further development.
• Independent coordination of projects, sensible prioritization, and involvement of relevant stakeholders at the right time.
• You will use relevant data, define KPIs, and provide comprehensible justifications for solutions.
• You make decisions based on facts and can also represent them to management.
• You make successes visible.
• Early identification of potential through proactive analysis of business processes.
• Identification of automation and optimization opportunities as well as development of new models.
• You communicate actively, cross-functionally, and to the point.
• In discussions, you create clarity, drive decisions, and share your knowledge with the team.

Your Skills

• You have completed a degree (ETH, University, FH or comparable professional experience).
• Independent analysis of processes, recognition of patterns in data, and derivation of concrete, prioritized recommendations for action.
• Confident modeling and optimization of processes with a feel for best practices.
• Openness and courage not only to try out new methods and technologies but also to actively use them in everyday life.
• You live agile working methods, quickly get to grips with new tools, and use digital work tools routinely.
• Fluent communication in German and English as well as confident expression in both languages.
• You communicate proactively, empathetically, and directly.
• You work equally well alone as in a team and never lose sight of the big picture.
• The willingness to question "how it has always been done" and to propose more efficient, automated, or effective solutions.
• Taking calculated risks to create value and drive growth.
