Overview

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a proactive Business Analyst and Portfolio Coordinator to enhance portfolio management within our Wi‑Fi organization. In this pivotal role, you will facilitate project intake, develop comprehensive roadmaps, manage schedules, and prioritize tasks in partnership with cross‑functional teams including engineering, development, and leadership. Your analytical skills will be crucial in maintaining thorough documentation and ensuring project timelines are met effectively.

Compensation

Rate: $50.00 to $60.00/hr. W2

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis. For our W2 consultants, we offer an excellent benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, a 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Drive portfolio management efforts across various core portfolios within the Wi‑Fi organization.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and support effective executive communications, assisting project managers in defining clear roadmaps.
  • Coordinate the delivery schedules across diverse portfolio teams to ensure timely project execution.
  • Manage the project intake process, develop detailed roadmaps, facilitate resource allocation, and align product requirements with engineering capabilities.

Experience Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills to effectively interpret and communicate project data, status, and outcomes.
  • Competence in planning and organizing organization‑wide meetings, such as PI Planning.
  • Experience in documenting current and future states within software development environments.
  • Proficient in managing portfolio documentation.
  • Excellent collaboration skills when working with leaders, developers, testers, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and a self‑driven work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and manage portfolio tasks autonomously.
  • Comfortable working alongside technical teams while maintaining a non‑technical role.
  • Proven ability to hold team members accountable and drive adherence to processes.
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Telecom background preferred.
