Your Role
As a Business Analyst (m/f/d) in the IT department IC/A's Requirements Management, you will play a central role in establishing and further developing structured, cross-departmental requirements management. You will actively shape the transition from unmanaged task intake to a strategically aligned steering instrument. You will work closely with business departments, IT managers, architects, and department management (m/f/d) to systematically capture, evaluate, prioritize, and support requirements through to implementation. Additionally, you will take on tasks in the application support of decentralized data processing and support department management (m/f/d) with various topics.
Your Contribution
- Introduction of a uniform template for structured capture and initial evaluation of requirements
- Setup and maintenance of a central backlog, including quality assurance and initial prioritization
- Conducting requirements analyses through interviews, workshops, and document analyses, as well as creating user stories and use cases
- Development of a uniform evaluation and prioritization process with effort/benefit estimation and resource management
- Ensuring the conformity of new requirements with architectural specifications, internal standards, and regulatory requirements, as well as defining and maintaining requirement clusters
- Identification and coordination of dependencies, as well as establishing end-to-end traceability up to delivery and support
- Establishing requirements management as a strategic steering instrument, including reviews and forecasting, coaching in tools and methods, and active change management support
What We're Looking For
- Completed vocational training or degree with an IT focus
- Proficient in Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence), M365, and common requirements analysis methods (e.g., interviews, workshops, user stories, use cases)
- Knowledge of agile and classic development methodologies, as well as experience working with backlogs and prioritization procedures
- Understanding of IT architectures, data flows, and regulatory requirements is an advantage
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills
- High degree of personal responsibility and a structured approach
