Responsibilities

• Business analysis in the area of Asset Management Solutions / Capital Markets
• Analysis, optimization, and redesign of IT-related business processes in the environment of SimCorp Dimension (SCD) or Multifonds
• Implementation and application of regulatory requirements, possibly also ESG criteria
• Preparation and execution of workshops for gathering functional and technical requirements
• Creation of functional concepts as an interface between IT and the business unit
• Definition of work packages, creation and review of effort estimations

Profile

• Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, Physics, (Business) Mathematics or Finance, or a comparable qualification
• Experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects in the areas of Asset Management and/or Investment Banking
• Experience with SCD or the fund accounting system Multifonds, as well as in IT Consulting
• Extensive knowledge of business processes at fund companies, insurance companies, or banks
• Experience in project management and requirements analysis
• Experience in transforming regulatory requirements into business models and front-to-back processes, as well as analytical skills, conceptual and process-oriented work
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and willingness to travel, as well as fluent German and English skills in speaking and writing
