Your Missions
As a Business Analyst for our clients in the Insurance sector, you will be a key member of the agile team, contributing to project development.
During your work-study program, you will join our teams on client or internal projects and actively assist our Business Analysts.
With the help of your manager, you will participate in the following missions:
- Gather business needs from stakeholders, translate them into clear requirements, and facilitate business workshops.
- Write specifications and functional and/or technical specifications.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of solutions to improve business processes.
- Prepare and present analysis reports and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and management.
- Coordinate acceptance testing phases and support go-live phases.
Your Profile
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5) in IT.
- Seeking a work-study program.
- Comfortable speaking to present yourself, interact with various stakeholders, and speak in daily stand-ups or in front of clients.
- Team spirit, autonomy, and proactivity.
- Good command of English (B2 level, written and spoken).
- Technical knowledge in Java, Data, Swagger, C++... (assets to better understand projects).
