The Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and help drive data-driven decision-making across our product, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of data, business, and product, and is key to ensuring that Alliantra delivers actionable insights to both internal teams and enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze partnership, affiliate, and revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and inefficiencies
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks for internal and client-facing use
- Support the development and refinement of ROI models and revenue attribution methodologies
- Translate business needs into clear analytical requirements and data structures
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve data quality and platform capabilities
- Deliver insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions across growth and partnerships
- Contribute to client-facing analyses, including performance reviews and optimization strategies
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or similar roles
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex datasets
- Experience with:
- SQL
- Excel / Google Sheets (advanced level)
- BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Understanding of key business metrics (ROI, CAC, LTV, revenue attribution)
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent in English (French is a plus)
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, media, or performance marketing environments
- Exposure to partnership or affiliate ecosystems
- Familiarity with data modeling or basic statistical concepts
- Experience working with product or engineering teams
