As a Business Analyst / Junior Product Manager, you’ll partner with stakeholders, product managers, UI UX designers, and salespeople to deliver an intuitive, visually stunning experience that makes color matching effortless for automotive refinish professionals worldwide. You’ll play a key role in helping the organization transition to a product-led mindset, influencing how we prioritize customer value and deliver innovative solutions. We’re looking for someone with a strong foundation in data analysis or UI/UX design who is ready to transition into product management and leverage their expertise.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Global Product Owner to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Nimbus Color.
- Partner with design and engineering teams to ensure a seamless, user-friendly interface for color identification and formula retrieval.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and usage data to inform product decisions.
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain the product backlog.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and the Nimbus team to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.
- Evaluate existing workflows and systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Assist in creating test cases, performing user acceptance testing (UAT), and validating deliverables against requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, processes, and project deliverables.
- Support go-to-market activities, including documentation, training, and stakeholder communication.
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations by transparently communicating priorities, timelines, and potential trade-offs.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Track multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks during fast-paced development cycles.
Skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with color science, the automotive industry, or the paint industry is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL (if coming from a Data Analysis background).

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or related field.
- 1‑3 years of professional experience in data analysis, UI/UX design, or a related role.
