Your Responsibilities

• You analyze, optimize, and automate business processes along the entire value chain.
• You develop web apps and workflows (e.g., with low-code platforms) and ensure stable operation.
• You lead projects, coordinate external partners, and always keep an eye on progress.
• You train specialist departments and support them so that business and IT work together optimally.
• You promote a common understanding between technology and specialist departments – and thus shape sustainable improvements.

Your Profile

• Completed training as an IT economist or have previously worked in engineering.
• Experience with low-code tools and enjoyment of "citizen development“.
• Knowledge of JSON, XML, XSLT, REST APIs, and relational databases.
• Very good German and good English skills.
• Above all: Enjoyment of shaping new things and making processes truly better.
