Business Analyst – Contract Management

The role

We’re looking for a sharp, analytical Business Analyst to join a growing Contract Management function supporting long‑term customer agreements across the aerospace and industrial sectors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys deep data analysis, financial modelling, performance tracking and partnering closely with commercial teams to drive smarter contract decisions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Conduct feasibility and profitability studies on contract renewals
• Build and model renewal scenarios and business cases
• Define and monitor KPIs (renewal rates, margins, revenue, market share)
• Design and deploy commercial performance dashboards
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and historical tracking
• Produce regular reporting for management and operational teams
• Automate data collection, build queries and analyse trends
• Provide insights, recommendations and predictive analysis
• Support commercial teams during negotiations and contract reviews
• Prepare decision‑support documents for committees
• Benchmark industry practices and contribute to digital transformation
• Drive continuous improvement across Contract Management processes

What you’ll bring:

• Master’s degree in business, Engineering, Finance, Data Analysis or similar
• 3–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, Management Controller or Commercial Performance Analyst
• Experience in aerospace, defence, automotive or B2B industrial environments
• Understanding of Long‑Term Agreements (LTA)
• Strong technical skills: – Power BI / BusinessObjects – Advanced Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, VBA) – SQL for data extraction and analysis – Financial modelling and business case development
• Fluent French and strong professional English
