Job Description

The Business Analyst will support the implementation and enhancement of enterprise jury management software solutions by gathering requirements, improving business processes, and serving as a liaison between technical teams and judicial/government stakeholders.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Analyze jury management workflows and court operational processes to identify efficiencies and improvements
  • Document current and future state processes, functional requirements, and system interactions
  • Translate business and operational needs into clear requirements for Product and Engineering teams
  • Conduct data analysis to support system configuration and implementation decisions
  • Engage with customers throughout the full implementation lifecycle from discovery through deployment
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, requirements workshops, and process review sessions
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), validate system configurations, and assist with go-live activities
  • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation in JIRA
  • Create process maps, requirements documentation, and client training materials
  • Deliver product demonstrations and end-user training sessions
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Manage multiple concurrent software implementations with government entities
  • Build strong client relationships while navigating complex or challenging stakeholder environments

Requirements

Must-Have Skills/Experiences

  • 3 years of experience working with justice, court, jury, or legal case management software
  • Experience operating in a senior or lead Business Analyst capacity
  • Experience supporting judicial, government, or public sector software systems
  • Strong experience with JIRA or similar requirements management tools
  • Experience supporting enterprise software implementations
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Deep understanding of court operations, jury processes, and related terminology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and client-facing experience
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for trainings, go-lives, and requirements gathering
  • U.S. Citizenship or Green Card required

Nice-to-Have Skills/Experiences (NOT required, but a plus!)

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience with Confluence, Monday.com, or similar collaboration tools
  • Experience delivering client training and product demonstrations
  • Experience mentoring junior team members or providing informal leadership
  • Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments
  • Experience identifying automation or process improvement opportunities (including AI-driven efficiencies)
