About the role
Responsibilities
- Elicit analyze and document business requirements through workshops interviews and discussions
- Create and maintain BRDs FRDs user stories use cases and process flows
- Translate business requirements into clear actionable specifications for development teams
- Work closely with Product Owners Project Managers Developers and QA teams
- Support UAT planning and execution including test case review and defect triage
- Perform impact analysis for change requests and enhancements
- Ensure traceability of requirements through to solution delivery
- Facilitate stakeholder reviews and signoffs
- Support production releases and postimplementation reviews
Qualifications
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation projects
- Expertise in requirements gathering and documentation
- Experience with Agile andor Waterfall methodologies
- Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams
Technical Functional Skills
- Experience with User stories acceptance criteria
- Experience with Process modeling BPMN flowcharts
- Experience with Data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA Confluence
- Familiarity with tools such as MS Excel PowerPoint Visio
- Basic understanding of Databases and data flows
- Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations preferred
Domain Experience Preferred
- Banking Financial Services Insurance
- Payments Regulatory Risk or Compliance systems
- Customer experience or workflow platforms eg Pega Salesforce
