As a Business Analyst IT – Banking/Finance, you will play a key role in the digital transformation and optimisation of information systems for our banking clients, working on strategic projects and acting as the interface between business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse business needs: collect, analyse and formalise user requirements, facilitating design workshops.
  • Write functional specifications: detail expected functionalities while considering technical and regulatory constraints.
  • Project management: participate in planning, monitor deliverables and coordinate teams.
  • Methodology: master Agile methodology and apply it throughout projects.
  • Software testing: define test strategy, execute tests and track results.
  • Documentation: produce product documentation.
  • Support technical teams: ensure developers understand business requirements and test deliverables for compliance.
  • Application deployment: define deployment plan together with the Project Unit and Programme Direction.
  • User support: train users, write functional guides and manage post‑deployment feedback.
  • Regulatory monitoring: ensure compliance with banking regulations (Bâle III, MiFID II, RGPD, etc.).

Requirements

Education

  • Bac +5 (engineering school, business school or university) with a specialization in finance, IT or project management.

Experience

  • 3–5 years as a Business Analyst IT in the Banking/Finance sector.
  • Good knowledge of banking information systems (Core Banking, CRM, Risk Management, etc.).

Technical & Business Skills

  • Proficiency with project‑management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of banking regulatory standards and financial processes (payments, credit, risk, etc.).
  • Ability to model business processes (UML, BPMN).
  • Experience with Agile projects (Scrum, SAFe) is a plus.

Personal Skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Analytical mindset and rigor in data handling.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
