About the Role
Our Finance Business Unit is a team of experts like you, who work across the entire front-to-back chain on consulting or Business Owner (MOA) missions.
To strengthen our specialized financial markets team, we are recruiting Business Analyst profiles who have a good understanding of business issues within Investment Banks, front-to-back processes, as well as the information system (Methodologies, regulations, software packages, processes, and IS) and who can interface between business and IT developers.
Responsibilities
- You will be involved, depending on your profile, not only in MOA (gathering needs, writing functional specifications, etc.) but also in challenging user needs, determining priorities and being proactive.
- You will also be involved in high value-added consulting missions such as analysis and mapping of processes, project support taking into account its multiple organizational and technical changes, and team upskilling.
- You will be responsible for integrating strategic decisions at the operational processes and/or information systems level.
- You will participate in implementation and adaptation projects of solutions, organization, initiation and updating of processes and integration of software packages.
Your Achievements:
- Preliminary studies and feasibility analyses.
- Scoping, writing expressions of need and banking validation.
- Assistance in choosing optimal solutions (both internal and external).
- Information system master plan, functional mapping and process formalization.
- Project planning and coordination.
- Change management and user support.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance or Information Technology.
- At least 5 years of experience within an investment bank or an asset manager.
- Good knowledge of capital markets activities:
- Very good knowledge of vanilla and exotic financial instruments (FX, IRD, Credit Derivatives, Securitization, Commodities, etc.).
- Mastery of P&L calculation and monitoring processes, P&L explanation by Greeks, VAR...
- Mastery of the following technical environments is a plus: Power BI, VBA/EXCEL, SQL, ACCESS as well as the MS Office suite.
- Integrity, rigor, dynamism, you have already demonstrated your organizational and adaptation skills as well as a strong team spirit, flexibility, creativity and a sense of initiative will be your assets for success.
