Job Summary:

The Business Analyst plays an integral role in Just Energy's strategic and operational capability. The analyst works as part of a service group that acts as a resource base for all functional areas of the company, enabling exposure to many areas of the business and development of broad-based experience for growth-oriented roles. The successful candidate will have strong SQL and analytical skills, initiative, and the ability to work collaboratively with business partners, with a blend of analytical capability, process/system focus, and soft skills for stakeholder collaboration. The role may lead or participate in technology upgrades, system migrations, and business process improvement initiatives, and requires cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Sales Operations, Pricing, Regulatory, Legal, Customer Service, and Operations teams.
