About the role
What to expect
- You analyze functional customer requirements and develop solutions and specifications together with specialists from development and technology based on business requirements and through parameterization.
- You model and optimize business processes together with customers in the health or accident insurance sector, particularly in the area of benefits.
- You actively support the continuous improvement in automatic claims processing and make a sustainable contribution to cost savings.
- With your expertise, you further develop Sumex and also participate in new developments.
- You ensure the operation of the Sumex business service and its associated systems.
- You participate in exciting customer projects as well as release planning/introduction.
What you bring professionally
- Completed vocational training in IT or in a commercial field with a strong interest and affinity for IT.
- Professional experience in methodical analysis, concept creation, and specification of business requirements.
- Technical experience with the Sumex suite or with SQL is an advantage.
