About

The Client Lifecycle Management – Steering and Digitalization group coordinates and optimizes business processes in the Client Lifecycle Management of DZ BANK AG. A central task is the translation of business requirements into innovative solutions. In this way, we drive digital transformation along the entire customer lifecycle. To this end, we combine our internal applications and data with external offerings from software vendors and data providers.

Responsibilities

  • As a Business Analyst (m/f/d), you will analyze the needs of our stakeholders, structure requirements from the business department, and formulate them comprehensibly as an interface to IT.
  • Based on your analysis results, you will develop sound business concepts, especially for business partner, account, and securities account management – pursuing a holistic approach and keeping the user experience in mind.
  • You will optimize the roadmap of our CLM.direct application platform, translating both strategic goals and customer requirements into structured features, user stories, or use cases.
  • You will technically evaluate existing interface architectures and identify potential for improvement.

Requirements

  • Successful studies in Business Informatics or a similar academic degree – alternatively, a comparable qualification supplemented by relevant professional experience in the KYC environment.
  • Several years of experience in (partial) project management and business analysis, ideally in the banking environment with a focus on KYC or compliance processes.
  • A clear plus: familiar with interdisciplinary and agile working, e.g., Scrum / Kanban.
  • Also advantageous: basic understanding of regulatory requirements in a bank (GwG, KWG, BaFin).
  • Proficient in interface management.
  • Very good German and English, both written and spoken.
