Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst specialized in artificial intelligence to join the "Intelligent Document Processing" (IDP) squad of a major banking client based in Nantes.

We are seeking a candidate with solid experience in AI applied to documents, capable of structuring and analyzing complex documents, and collaborating effectively with business and technical teams. You must be comfortable with IDP architectures and have significant experience in functional testing and continuous improvement. Excellent communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• IDP Functional Expertise & Design:
  • Definition of extraction, validation, and fallback rules
  • Functional structuring of documents (fields, patterns, constraints)
• Functional Scoping & Digital Journey Integration:
  • Formalization of business needs
  • Definition of documentary & functional prerequisites
• IDP Functional Acceptance:
  • Functional testing, error analysis, go/no-go criteria
• Production Monitoring & Continuous Improvement:
  • Performance analysis, identification of remediation actions
  • Contribution to the evolution of the IDP platform (annotation, historization, quality)
• IDP Referent & Acculturation:
  • Consulting, pedagogy, best practices, limitations of IDP

Key Skills

• Confirmed AI expertise in IDP (OCR / NLP / Computer Vision applied to documents) & experience using LLMs, particularly for pre-annotation
• Mastery of IDP architectures and pipelines
• Practice of annotation and feedback loops
• Strong functional analysis capability for diverse documents
• Experience in AI functional acceptance testing
• Excellent communication skills to challenge business stakeholders and guide Data Scientists
