About

As a PLM Business Analyst / Technical Data Manager, you will participate in the definition and deployment of the Group's CAD and PLM tools across all entities worldwide (~ 1,600 end-users), and then in their corrective/evolutionary maintenance over time as an expert in our solutions. You will work on NX and Teamcenter, the Siemens tools chosen by the Group. Fully integrated into a dedicated Project Team (~25 people), you will play an integrator role in coordination with Business Process Owners (user representatives in the project team), developers, and external partners. You will thus be the link between IT&D teams and the business departments using the CAD and PLM solutions (Engineering, Manufacturing, Services, ...).

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in the configuration/setup and integration of the tool in coordination with the integrator (if needed depending on the project stage)
  • Take into account the project schedule and budget
  • Gather business needs and translate them into specifications
  • Perform the tool's configuration according to the specifications
  • Produce configuration documentation
  • Monitor IT&D development activities for your requests
  • Ensure that the proposed solution preserves the consistency of the information system, the CAD & PLM standard, and the core model defined for the Group during the project
  • Consider the constraints and security needs of the information system
  • Participate in the writing of test cases and user support
  • Test the configuration and development carried out by IT&D before delivering it to the Product Owner
  • Contribute to the analysis and correction of bugs during the project
  • Advise on the choice of standard IT&D tools, if necessary, after studying their technical consistency and the impacts on the current information system (tools, standards, interfaces, associated costs, etc.)
  • Post-launch, ensure solution expertise by returning to the IT&D service, participate in the tool's evolution, and provide support to the business

Qualifications

  • Higher education in IT (Bac +3/4/5)
  • At least 5 years of experience with Teamcenter (Siemens), particularly in its deployment, configuration, and integration with existing systems
  • Necessary mastery of the PLM solution (Teamcenter) and ideally CAD (NX), as well as an understanding of the challenges of Engineering, Manufacturing, and/or Services processes
  • Proficiency in writing and structuring information to produce clear and usable documentation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders and bridge the gap between technical teams and operational needs
  • Ability to work collaboratively and support change among users
  • Proficiency in English to lead working groups and conduct meetings in an international context
