Our client, a leading global pharmaceutical manufacturing organization, seeks a talented Business Analyst to enhance their growing team. With significant investments and ongoing organizational growth, this role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to a brand-new manufacturing facility on the East Coast of the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop clear and detailed current state and future state process maps using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or similar applications.
• Assist in drafting, revising, and maintaining SOPs, work instructions, and procedural documentation.
• Support in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables for new system or process initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with a senior Business Analyst or Project Lead to ensure alignment and consistency across all documentation.
• Help prepare engaging presentations, summaries, and process-related materials for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with process mapping and workflow documentation is essential.
• Familiarity with creating SOPs or documentation in structured environments.
• Ability to translate business operations into clear and visual process flows.
• Experience in manufacturing, pharma, or regulated industries is a plus but not required.
