Schweizer Hagel offers comprehensive insurance coverage nationally and internationally for agricultural crops against hail, drought, floods, and other natural hazards. To strengthen our finance team, we are looking for an analytically strong and dedicated personality who understands, processes, and derives measures from data in the financial world. You will significantly contribute to the development of our Management Information System (MIS), actively participate in financial and regulatory reporting in the insurance environment, and take on the role of:
Your Responsibilities
- Transformation of data into insights and derivation of measures
- Interface function between business, finance, and IT
- Creation, further development, and automation of financial, controlling, and management analyses
- Conducting business analyses and ad-hoc evaluations
- Building, further developing, and maintaining the Management Information System (MIS)
- Ensuring data quality, consistency, and transparency
- Participation in financial and regulatory reporting (FINMA)
- Support of budget, forecast, and planning processes
- Participation in the further development of financial processes in general
Your Profile
- Studies in business administration, finance, controlling, business informatics, or comparable education
- Professional experience in the finance sector, ideally in the insurance or regulated environment
- General understanding of key figures in financial companies, asset management, and treasury
- Experience in reporting, analysis, and data management
- Knowledge of FINMA reporting is an advantage
- Very good Excel skills, experience with BI/reporting tools is a great advantage
- Analytical, structured, and independent way of working
- Very good German and (very) good English skills, any other language is an advantage
