To strengthen our team, we are looking for an analytically strong Business Analyst / Controller (m/f/d) with a strong understanding of accounting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Analysis and preparation of accounting data with modern analysis tools.
• Development of dashboards and reports / data comparisons with Power BI, Power Query, and similar tools.
• Identification and visualization of patterns, trends, and potentials in financial and business data.
• Support in optimizing tax processes through data-driven solutions.
• Collaboration with internal and external team members / partners to promote data-based decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Completed business administration degree or comparable qualification
• Alternatively or additionally: Training as a tax assistant or comparable
• Experience in data analysis (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools)
• Good understanding of accounting relationships and financial processes
• Structured, analytical mindset and high affinity for numbers
• Interest in digital business models, especially in e-commerce
