Business Analyst

Our client is looking for a Business Analyst to work on Corporate Banking topics.

You will join a team responsible for the operational maintenance, evolution, and production monitoring of critical applications within the banking information system.

You will work in close collaboration with the Product Owner, as well as with the Front, Middle, and Back Office teams, in an Agile and delivery-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Gather, analyze, and challenge business needs from users (banking, operations, IT).
• Translate these needs into clear functional specifications that can be used by technical teams.
• Contribute to project management.
• Close collaboration with the Product Owner and IT teams.
• Participate in defining target solutions.
• User support.
• Functional and integration testing.
• Support deployment and change management.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Business Analyst in a banking environment, ideally in Corporate Banking with exposure to transactional flows.
• Good understanding of products and processes related to the following areas: cash management / payments, trade finance, transactional flows / payment methods.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and propose functional improvements.
• Good understanding of IT environments and development cycles.
• Proficiency in Agile and project management tools: JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.
• Experience with testing phases (functional, integration, UAT).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with various stakeholders (business and technical).
• Analytical mindset, rigor, and service orientation.
