Senior Business / Data Analyst - ERP Applications - W2 ONLY

Introduction:

We're looking for a Senior Business/Data Analyst who can transform complex business requirements into actionable cloud data solutions. This individual will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive data-driven insights and improvements through modern cloud technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead AS-IS process analysis and design TO-BE workflows using cloud technologies
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to identify gaps and opportunities
• Translate business requirements into functional specs, data lake guidelines, and SOPs
• Define KPIs and performance metrics for continuous improvement
• Support Agile delivery through UAT facilitation and cross-functional collaboration
• Manage how enterprise data, including ERP sources, flows into cloud data lake platforms

Requirements:

• 5+ years of IT experience with a focus on business and data analysis
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with complex data structures
• Proven track record translating business requirements across different domains
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform
• Strong process modeling skills such as swim lanes, use cases, and gap analysis
• Familiarity with SAP ERP data models for analytics and reporting
• CBAP certification is a plus

This is a remote role, but candidates local to the Tri-State area are preferred. We are seeking individuals who are ready to drive impactful data initiatives on a large scale.
