Role: Business Analyst Project Name: Digital Shared Services Project Description: Digital Shared Services, a Shared Health service, will facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology. The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.

Work Location: Services will be performed via remote access. Services shall not be performed remotely from outside of Canada.

Additional Mandatory Requirements (Pass/Fail)

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Computer Sciences. Proof must be provided with the response.
• Certification: Valid Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification. Proof must be provided with the response.
• Availability: The proposed Designated Resource must be available for the entire time frame .

Rated Skill and Experience Criteria (70 Points Total)

• ICT Systems (10 pts): 10 years’ experience as a Business Analyst implementing/upgrading ICT systems in the public sector (min. 3 examples; at least 1 in public healthcare).
• Process Mapping (10 pts): 5 years’ experience in business process mapping to reduce costs/inefficiencies, including identifying metrics and creating at least one RACI matrix (min. 3 examples).
• Data Migration (10 pts): 4 years’ experience mapping and migrating data containing sensitive patient/client info, including database mapping and data dictionaries (min. 2 examples).
• Smartsheet (10 pts): 1 year of proficiency using Smartsheet for building processes, forms, dashboards, and automation (min. 1 example).
• Training (5 pts): 7 years’ experience developing training material and delivering end-user training for information systems (min. 3 examples).
• Quality Assurance (10 pts): 5 years’ experience in QA/testing, including planning and executing test scripts (min. 2 examples).
• Patient Safety Solutions (15 pts): 1 year of experience on projects implementing patient safety and critical incident reporting solutions in healthcare (min. 1 example).
