What this role is all about:
The Business Analyst – Digital Applications plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technological solutions. This individual is responsible for analyzing, designing, and supporting business applications, ensuring that organizational processes are streamlined and optimized for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. The analyst works closely with stakeholders from various departments, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver enhancements, resolve issues, and drive innovation across the company’s mission-critical systems.
What you’ll do:
Business Analysis Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit business needs. Document functional and non-functional requirements in clear, structured formats (e.g., user stories, use cases, BRDs).
- Analyze current business processes across departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, or digitization.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand strategic goals and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure proposed solutions meet business requirements and are feasible within system constraints.
- Develop test cases and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to validate that solutions meet business expectations. Assist in defect triage and resolution.
- Support change management efforts by contributing to training materials, user guides, and communication plans. Help drive adoption of new processes and systems
Applications - Specific Responsibilities
- Oversee the management and maintenance of applications, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning optimally.
- Provide support to end-users, addressing any issues or concerns related to applications.
- Work on integrating applications with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Monitor the performance of applications and implement improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with external vendors to manage application updates, upgrades, and support.
- Ensure that applications comply with security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and deliver training materials and documentation to support end-users in effectively using applications.
- Lead and manage projects related to the enhancement and implementation of applications.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years’ experience as a business analyst, application analyst, or similar role supporting business applications. Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
- Hands-on experience with business applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS, or industry-specific solutions).
- Familiarity with business process modeling and requirements management tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA.
- Experience with business intelligence tools, reporting platforms, or data analytics.
- Knowledge of system integration, API usage, and data migration best practices.
- Prior experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Compensation, Performance & Recognition
Annual salary range: $69,500 - $81,800.
Pay is based on your skills, experience, and the value you bring, with annual salary reviews. We recognize strong performance through meaningful recognition and, where applicable, performance bonuses tied to shared goals.
