To strengthen our product team, we are looking for a dedicated personality with a sound understanding of business analysis to further develop our application with a clear focus on systematics, consistency, and user-friendliness.

What you'll do

• You identify customer needs, usage contexts, and trends as part of the product team and derive concrete solutions for the (further) development of our digital offering together with the team.
• You structure complex issues into clear user journeys, use cases, and precise user stories including acceptance criteria and contribute to the meaningful networking of the various myky offerings.
• You accompany ideas from their initial conception through specification and development to acceptance and actively shape the subsequent further development. You work closely with Product Owners, UX/UI Design, and developers to ensure that good ideas become sustainable solutions.
• You are available to internal and external stakeholders for technical questions in your areas of expertise.
• You moderate technical clarifications (interviews, workshops) with internal and external stakeholders.
• You understand the interrelationships in the overall picture and can confidently translate technical requirements into well-thought-out, coherent solutions.

What you bring

• Passion for digital product development and the motivation to delve into requirements as a team, critically question them, and develop viable solutions.
• Solid education (HF, FH, Uni) and several years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Designer, or in a comparable role in an agile digital product environment.
• Ability to specify requirements clearly in terms of content, technically sound, and practically implementable.
• Good understanding of data structures, interfaces, and systemic relationships.
• Implementation strength, independence, and forward-thinking.
• Hands-on mentality with high initiative: You actively get involved, recognize opportunities and challenges early on, and contribute with full commitment to further developing myky.
