Our client is a large public organization with central responsibility in the administrative and regulatory environment. To support a comprehensive digital transformation, existing processes, business applications, and system landscapes are continuously being modernized and further developed. Business analysis plays a central role at the interface between specialist departments, process management, and IT.

Your Responsibilities

• Analysis, structuring, and further development of business and organizational processes
• Recording and evaluation of requirements from various stakeholders and development of sustainable solution proposals
• Accompanying specialist departments in the methodical and strategic further development of their processes and systems
• Ensuring business cases, defining acceptance criteria, and accompanying tests and changes
• Support and consulting on organizational optimizations and efficiency improvements
• Participation in transformation and modernization projects related to the renewal of the application landscape
• Conducting user training and supporting relevant stakeholders in the change process
• Partial management of projects or technical sub-projects

Your Profile

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or in comparable interface functions
• Ideally, knowledge in regulated or administrative specialist areas
• Higher education in Business Analysis, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study
• Experience in the analysis and optimization of complex processes and organizational structures
• Structured and analytical approach with a high degree of solution orientation
• Strong communication and empathetic personality with a confident demeanor towards different stakeholder groups
• Experience with project methods or certifications in the project environment is an advantage
• Interest in digitalization, process modernization, and sustainable organizational development
