Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Business Analyst - Digital Workplace (h/f) to join our Digital Workplace Operational Performance team based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team developing the future of digital transformation within Airbus. Within the Operational Processes & Methods team, you will be involved in optimizing workplace environment tools and services to provide employees with simple, intuitive, and collaborative solutions, while continuously optimizing the work experience and productivity.

Your Challenges:

• Business Analysis and Technical Translation: Conduct in-depth analysis of business needs and ensure their technical translation into formal specification documents for product teams.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational optimization and propose technical solutions in line with the overall IT strategy.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary representative of business needs, ensuring full understanding and integrity of the solution while serving as a liaison between product management teams and technical resources.
• Operational and Financial Support: Support the billing process and implement tracking processes for Goods Receipt management, including on-site delivery checks.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor external and digital trends to challenge internal requirements and generate significant impact on business team performance.

Your Boarding Pass:

• Education in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Synthesis and simplification skills: Ability to translate technical data or complex processes into actionable information for non-expert profiles.
• Interpersonal skills and diplomacy: Essential for navigating between different departments and managing the expectations of internal clients or partners.
• Rigor and attention to detail: To ensure the reliability of deliverables and compliance with the standards mentioned in the offer.
• Adaptability and agility: Ability to adjust priorities in the face of unforeseen events in a dynamic project.
