Business Analyst - Digital Transformation & Process Design (m/f/d)

Digitalization is not self-sustaining – it requires people who combine technology and expertise. In this role, you will actively shape how complex business processes become more efficient through smart software solutions. For analytical minds with project spirit and digital foresight.

Work Location: Zurich or St. Gallen (generous home office option)

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting end-to-end digitalization projects – from requirements gathering to productive implementation
• Collecting, structuring, and prioritizing functional requirements using modern BA methods (e.g., User Story Mapping, BPMN, Impact Mapping)
• Translating complex business needs into clear technical specifications and solution concepts
• Interface management between development teams, product owners, and other project stakeholders
• Actively contributing to the optimization of digital workflows and the introduction of new software functionalities

Qualifications

• University degree or ongoing education in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Enthusiasm for digital transformation, process optimization, and modern software development
• In-depth understanding of business processes and experience in modeling and analyzing workflows
• Knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) or classic project management (PRINCE2, PMI)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical content understandably
• Structured, solution-oriented approach with a high quality standard
