About
We are looking for two Business Analysts (m/f/d) for Accounting IFRS to strengthen our Controlling department, full-time or part-time.
People with severe disabilities will be given preferential consideration for the positions to be filled in internal services, provided they have the same qualifications.
Responsibilities
- You will analyze, validate, and interpret IFRS 17 results and their key drivers for various insurance portfolios.
- You will analyze and solve complex IFRS 17 issues in the reporting context.
- You will participate in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements according to IFRS.
- Supporting the processing of forecast and planned figures is part of your area of responsibility.
- Regular exchange with auditors, service providers, and internal and external contacts is an important part of your activity.
- You will analyze business processes holistically and derive concrete needs for action from them.
- Identifying, coordinating, and implementing technical specifications for process optimization are part of your area of responsibility.
- You will support technical further developments in the reporting and accounting environment and actively contribute your expertise.
Requirements
- You have a completed degree or vocational training in Finance, Accounting, Business Informatics, Business Mathematics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
- This is ideally complemented by several years of professional experience in the financial services or insurance sector.
- Good knowledge of IFRS 17 and a sound technical understanding in the finance and reporting context characterize you.
- The confident application of analytical methods and a holistic understanding of complex business processes are among your strengths.
- You have strong communication and cooperation skills as well as experience in dealing with various stakeholders.
- High reliability, sense of responsibility, and resilience, even under time pressure, characterize your work style.
- You work in a structured, independent, proactive, and solution-oriented manner.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.

Requirements
