This Business Analyst position is dedicated to the digitalization and optimization of B2B customer interactions. The new team is driving the modernization of information systems with major challenges for 2026, such as the integration of AI to automate and validate processes, the design of flexible architectures for 24/7 and Flex offers, and the opening of our solutions to strengthen collaboration with brokers (Third Party Intermediaries).

This transformation aims to ensure performance, scalability, and security in a rapidly changing energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather and formalize business needs (sales, marketing, operations).
• Translate needs into functional requirements.
• Support the implementation of requirements with IT teams.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer experience, subscription paths, and commercial performance of digital solutions.
• Generate POCs (Proofs of Concept) using AI.

Requirements

• +7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Skills in functional requirements management.
• Strong appetite/skill for Artificial Intelligence.
• Mastery of English (written and verbal) for effective communication.
