Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Owner of Construtora JL, located in São Paulo, SP. The Owner will oversee the overall operations of the company, including managing projects, setting strategic goals, and ensuring the successful completion of construction projects. Responsibilities include budgeting, resource allocation, monitoring project progress, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards. The role requires effective leadership of teams, coordination with stakeholders, and a commitment to upholding the company's standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
• Proven experience in construction project management, including budgeting and resource allocation
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, industry standards, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills with clients, suppliers, and team members
• Strategic planning skills to align operations with organizational goals
• Problem-solving abilities to address challenges and ensure project success
• Familiarity with construction software or project management tools
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred
• Prior experience in leadership or entrepreneurial roles in the construction industry is a plus
• Fluency in Portuguese is required; proficiency in English is an advantage
