We are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Analyst at the Entry-Level / Junior / Associate level to support business operations, process improvement initiatives, and data-driven decision-making. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about understanding business needs, solving problems, and translating requirements into effective solutions.
The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for projects, systems, and operational improvements. Responsibilities include evaluating business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities, and supporting the development of solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare business requirement documents, process maps, and functional specifications.
- Assist in conducting data analysis, generating reports, and supporting stakeholders with insights that contribute to informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with technical teams, project teams, and business users to ensure requirements are clearly communicated and implemented effectively.
- Support testing activities such as user acceptance testing (UAT), validate deliverables against business requirements, and help ensure successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with documentation and presentation tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms is considered an advantage but not required at entry level.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- A structured approach to understanding processes and interpreting business needs is essential for success in this role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with stakeholders, facilitating discussions, and presenting findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities is also important.
Preferred Qualifications
- A degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Understanding of business analysis methodologies, Agile concepts, or software development lifecycle processes is highly valued.
