Business Analyst ERP & Process Transformation (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Analysis, conception, and optimization of business processes across various company divisions
• Recording, structuring, and specifying functional requirements in close cooperation with internal stakeholders
• Translation of business needs into sustainable, practical system solutions
• Prioritization of initiatives and support of projects from idea to successful implementation
• Participation in the implementation, testing, and rollout of new functions and applications
• Responsibility for coordination between business units and IT within transformation projects
• Planning and moderation of workshops with different stakeholder groups
• Co-shaping the further development of the ERP and application landscape with a focus on digital process improvements
• Creation of process documentation as well as training and support of users

Your Profile

• Completed studies in Business, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in a comparable interface function
• Experience in the ERP environment, ideally with Abacus or comparable platforms
• Strong process understanding as well as analytical and conceptual skills
• High IT affinity and experience in supporting digital transformation initiatives
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Communicative personality with a confident demeanor towards different stakeholders
• Very good German language skills, other languages are an advantage
